The hotel is absolutely charming and friendly with amazing staff with wonderful customer service and a recommendation to a local restaurant for dinner. Would come here again if I go to Boston...

There were television and a fridge in the room, truly enjoyed that.

The total stay was such great for a night. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, magnificent and fantastic location. The room was perfect and come with television and a fridge. Everything was great as expected, but the bathroom was terrible.

I was not in the hotel system (Booked.net purchase 5 days in advance) but I had a confirmation number and they honored that. Comfortable/clean room. Friendly staff.

There was a leak at 3:00 am from the ceiling onto the toilet. Perhaps someone left the water on in the bathroom above.

Location in relation to TDgarden and the northend.

The rooms are very cramped but well appointed

The hotel is very well situated in the Financial District, making it easy to access sites, restaurants, and mass transit. The staff are amazing and treat you with great care. The rooms are small and the bathrooms even smaller but if you have ever stayed in Europe then it won't bother you at all. The rooms are well appointed though and make up for their size. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The staff were attentive without being 'false'. Guests are left to their own devices instead of being inundated with add-ons which when on a business trip is appreciated.

I dined once in the hotel for breakfast but felt the continental breakfast offered was quite expensive (even by American standards) for what you got. Consequently I dined out for breakfast for the rest of my stay.

Good location, but quite expensive, valet parking very expensive too

Expensive for what room you get but guess location is good - valet parking expensive too - "wine hour" ok but ploy to get you to spend in the bar or stay for dinner etc etc

Location - near sports facility and restaurants

Very small - bar and restaurant were deserted- lobby is very,very small.Need to walk sideways to get by anyone in lobby(very few)

The spacious double room struck the perfect balance of comfort and style with its chic decor. I loved that we had access to complimentary bicycles. Plus, the wine hour was a good way to unwind and connect with fellow guests after a day of adventures!

The location of the hotel and the friendliness of the entire staff were the best parts of our stay at the Onyx Hotel.

The wait for room service was excessive and the gym had a minimal amount of equipment.

Helpful and polite staff.

Given the size of the hotel, the area, and competition, felt that $400/night was a little too pricey. Also, just make WiFi access complimentary without having to register with Kimpton or pay $10/day.

I loved the spacious double room with excellent air conditioning. Great location near restaurants and attractions definitely made exploring the city easier.
